A highly skilled and compassionate Special Educator with a strong educational background and extensive experience in teaching students with special needs. Krishnendu holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from the esteemed National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH). Additionally, she completed a Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation) under NIMH. These distinguished qualifications showcase her profound understanding of working with individuals with diverse needs. With over six years of experience as a Special Educator, Krishnendu brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her role. As an encouraging educator, she excels in creating IEPs tailored to each student's unique requirements. Prior to joining Spandhana Centre for Special Needs, Krishnendu served as a Special Educator at the Eden Child Development Centre. She has also imparted her knowledge and expertise as a Lecture in the Special Education Department at AWH College of Education. She has also attended several workshops conducted at various places.
