Play Therapy

Helps children express themselves and develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills through play. Play therapy can benefit children with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural disorders, and developmental delays. The therapy sessions involve a variety of play-based activities, such as art, storytelling, pretend-to-play, and games, to help children communicate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Through play therapy, children can develop problem-solving skills, improve their self-esteem and confidence, enhance their communication and socialization skills, and learn how to regulate their emotions and behaviour. Play therapy is a child-centred approach that recognizes the importance of play in children's development and well-being.
